At StyleSphere, we aim to provide a clear and fair policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

- The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

Return Timeframe

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

- The product matches the customer’s order (including selected size, color, or variant)
- Change of mind after purchase
- The item is used, washed, or not in its original condition
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen display

Return Conditions

- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable)
- Proof (photos or videos) may be required before approval
- Customers must contact us before sending any item back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Processing

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be issued after deducting non-refundable fees, including:

- Payment processing fees (typically 2%–5%)
- Shipping costs
- Any applicable handling or restocking fees

The final refunded amount may be lower than the original payment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not been processed or shipped.

After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet these conditions.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery and order confirmation.
